He still doesn't bring the sincerity that David did though.

I didn't like Matt Smith at first either but he grew on me! David Tennant forever though. :3 | |

| I was really sad to see David go, but I didn't freak or anything.
I was like 'this could be interesting'.
It annoys me that people hate him and say he's not as good without really giving him a chance, just because they loved David so much and say he couldn't ever be as good.
He's basically playing a different character, because of the new personality. | |

| The personality thing is the same with every Doctor though.
So essentially it shouldn't be any different to when Eccleston left (though he didn't have a chance to get a big fan base cause he was the first Doctor after the revival... poor guy).
But yeah.
I get why people threw such a shit fit about Tennant going to be honest.
NOBODY captured the emotion like Tennant did.
Matt is really good at the serious stuff as well as the kooky stuff... but he doesn't get the emotion like David did.
Probably because David is a Shakespearean actor but whatever... | |
